Cooking up pop-up treats at Fishergate

Renowned stove manufacturer ESSE helped launch the country's first ever pop up school, and here at James' Places we couldn't have been more proud to be involved.

The month long event at Preston's Fishergate Shopping Centre was held to launch the family owned company's latest industry leading product. Celebrity Chef Tim Madden of Green Sauce Company and formely of TV's River Cottage was among the culinary experts who shared their tips and favourite recipes with visitors to the school and showroom.

James' Places supported the event with cookery demonstrations by lending our expert Chefs working alongside ESSE's own in-house Chef Stephen Evans. Visitors were given the chance to see the new ESSE EL 13AMP  - the most advanced 13 amp heat storage cooker on the market - being used by the Chefs to create their trademark dishes. Local companies and organisations were invited to come along and enjoy their own personal cookery lesson during the month long pop up.

There is fantastic food being produced in Lancashire by amazing farmers and suppliers and what better way to showcase this than on the most advanced technology!

James' Places received a lot of good feedback and press from the event! Have a look over the press cuts for yourself!

Enjoy!
